- Yesterday it was reported that the BBC has cut a scene from an upcoming episode of Torchwood: Miracle Day. However, saying an entire scene has been cut is a bit of an overstatement and it seems that actually only ten seconds have been cut so you get to see a bit of naked Barrowman if that's your thing. - Today fifth Doctor Peter Davidson appeared on BBC Breakfast and discussed Doctor Who and the former Time Lords in his family. You can watch the video below

- On Friday the 5th August the team from Doctor Who Adventures magazine will be appearing at the Doctor Who experience to demonstrate how the magazine is made.There will be four sessions lasting one hour each, starting at 11.30am. 30 places are available at each session.The hour will be split into two sessions

1 - Create your magazine (with the Doctor Who Adventures team)

2 - Comic masterclass (with John Ross, the Doctor Who Adventures comic artist)


Today in "Who History"

- Two years ago today series 5 of Doctor Who began filming. Wow!


- 41 years ago today, men first walked on the moon. And it was also the day that the Doctor defeated the Silence using the human subconsious.

- Cold Blood, episode 9 of series 5 is repeated tonight at 7PM on BBC3. It is the second half of a story featuring the silurians. 


- Steven Moffat's other hit show, Sherlock, begins a run of repeats tonight on BBC at 8:30PM.


- If you missed Matt Smith's interview on Alan Carr: Chatty Man last week you can watch it tonight on E4 at 11PM.
