- The premier of "Let's Kill Hitler", the next episode of series 6, sold out today in around ten minutes. It is showing at Filmhouse Edinburgh as part of the Edinburgh International Film Festival. 

- The first episodes of Torchwood: Miracle Day "A New World" was given an appreciation index of 85.

The Appreciation Index or AI score measures how much the audience enjoyed the programme. The scores are based on the comments of a panel of around 5,000 people who rate and comment on programmes. A score of 85 is regarded as excellent.

TV

- The above mentioned episode of Torchwood is repeated tonight in the UK at 11.20pm on BBC Two & BBC HD. 

- Aussie Visitors, take note: The Australian Sci Fi Channel is to air Doctor Who episodes from the Tom Baker era, starting with his first story, Robot on 17 August. Full schedule here.
