The Doctor From Gallifrey 

During the press screening of "The Doctor The Widow and The Wardrobe" Steven Moffat gave us a few bits of information about series 7 of Doctor Who, especially regarding companions. 

The big announcement is that Amy and Rory will leave the show during series seven.

“Their story is going to come to a heartbreaking end,” Moffat promised.

He went on to add that, “The Doctor is going to meet a new friend, but I’m not going to tell you anything about he, she… or it.”

And he also informed us he believes that River Song will return in the next series too!
